Dr Rados

Dr Rados began her dental career by graduating with honours with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 1999.

She moved to the UK in May 2000 and began practising privately at Broxbourne Dental Care, where she worked as an associate dentist for almost 13 years. Following Dr Leila Kanji’s retirement in 2012, Dr Rados took over Ashcroft Dental Surgery as Director and Principal Dentist.

She has a special interest in endodontics (root canal treatment), cosmetic dentistry and implant dentistry, and offers implant treatments as part of her commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care.

Dr Rados is dedicated to the continued development and improvement of the practice. This has included a beautiful practice makeover and the recent addition of a state-of-the-art CBCT scanner. This advanced technology enhances the practice’s diagnostic capabilities by providing detailed three-dimensional imaging, supporting accurate treatment planning, particularly for complex dental and implant cases.

Known for her kind, gentle and compassionate approach, Dr Rados takes the time to listen carefully to her patients’ concerns and helps them feel comfortable and at ease throughout their treatment.

Outside of dentistry, Dr Rados enjoys keeping active and particularly loves running. In 2025, she took on the incredible challenge of running the London Marathon in support of pancreatic cancer, combining her passion for running with her commitment to supporting an important cause.
